Created in collaboration with Studio Puls, JOIN -Future Hospitality emerged as a new employer brand for HGV South Tyrol. JOIN inspires people to perceive South Tyrol not just as a professional landscape, but as a deeply desirable space to live. At its core, JOIN places people right at the center.
The goal was to shape a distinctive profile from the vibrant core of the HGV initiative. It was about gathering the diverse nuances of a tradition-rich world under a single, guiding idea. The result is a visual signature that touches authentically, inspires deeply and offers a shared home to all actors involved.
Our design approach roots in a simple truth: people form the core of every business. Out of this ethos, the conceptual manifest evolved, providing direct impulse for the title, visual concept and the typographic fabric. JOIN is the space where the human element becomes the central design component.
JOIN clothes itself in a visual language that shows true character. The launch at the trade Hotel 2025 trade fair was the spark that continues to ignite attention; today, this moment forms the solid ground upon which the initiative grows and expands its horizons.
